Feeling Sluggish? Get Moving!

Fit After Fifty is not advocating that you spend Black Friday running up your credit card. But, if you’ll be going out anyway, running around the mall (er, shopping!) is a great way to work off post-Thanksgiving sluggishness and burn some of those extra calories – as is any type of activity that gets you moving.

Woah! I’m really loving the template/theme of this blog. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s hard to get that “perfect balance” between superb usability and visual appeal.
