30 Minutes of Exercise
The number of ways your life can benefit from 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week is simply astounding.
As you will see in the following info-graphic, being active is very important for anyone’s health. Clinical studies show that walking at least 30 minutes a day prevents weight gain. So if you are one of those people who do not like hardcore exercising, go to the gym and use the treadmill for at least 30 minutes and if you don’t like going to the gym, take a walk around a scenic route outside.
Another option for those who still oppose exercising, there are fun sports that don’t require too much movement and you can still get in your 30 minutes of exercise a day! There is skating, bicycling, tennis, volleyball and much more to do. Below you will find other alternatives or you can even invent your own. As long as it’s at least 30 minutes!
Besides the obvious weight, wellness and longevity benefits, consistent physical activity also makes you smarter, sleep better and just plain happier (among other things!).
