Good Posture

Good posture is about more than looking good. Your body functions better when it’s aligned correctly while sitting, standing and moving. Bad posture can affect your circulation, cause chronic fatigue and cause problems in your neck, shoulders and spine from damage to the spine and discs. Back and neck pain, as well as headaches, are common indicators of bad posture.
