Why Exercising is Good for our Health
Dr. Mike Evans has a prescription that will help remedy many different health problems, including: arthritis, alzheimer’s, diabetes, menopause symptoms, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and so on. AND, it will simply make you feel good! Who doesn’t want that?!
Studies show that “low fitness” is the strongest predictor of death, beating out smoking, high cholesterol, hypertension, obesity and diabetes. Obesity combined with inactivity is an especially bad combination.
Other studies have also shown that sleep also helps prevent future diseases and disorders (insomnia, panic attacks, depression, etc.). Think about it, the more one sleeps the better a person will react through out their day. Of course exercising will be of big help too. Health should always be a be factor for anyone.
Watch his interesting video “23 and a 1/2 Hours” to see why he believes that exercise is the best medicine for what ails you – and prepare to be surprised by how little exercise you actually need to achieve significant improvements in health and reductions in risk factors.
