Exercise is a big help for weight loss and for preventing, managing or even overcoming various physical ailments. But, did you know that exercise is a great tool for managing your mood and overall mental wellness?

When you exercise, endorphins are released, giving you a sense of well-being. Some people think of exercise as the natural “Happy Pill”. It can help you overcome depression, anxiety, stress, addictions and the lethargy that comes from boredom. It can also help with anger management and improve concentration.

The sense of accomplishment that comes from setting fitness goals and achieving them is a huge boost to self-confidence. And, getting your body into shape makes you feel better physically while giving you more energy, increasing your sense of well-being long after you’ve finished your workout.
